Consultations — refund and rescheduling policy
Consultations with Dr. Filipe Santos are 1 hour long and booked through our scheduling page. By booking an appointment you agree to the following terms:
- Consultations cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
- Each consultation may be rescheduled once, provided the request is submitted at least 72 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment.
If a session is cancelled by Dr. Santos or his team, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional charges.
