What you receive

The session, on the record

  • 60 minutes, one on one: your file, your questions, live on a video call.
  • The full recording: sent to you after the call, so you can rewatch any part of it.
  • A written summary: the pathways discussed, the next steps, and the relevant links, organized in one document.
  • Come prepared: have your CV and exam history at hand, plus any correspondence from a regulator or the Royal College if you have it.
  • Payment: by card on the Calendly page, CAD 750, when you pick the slot.
  • Before the call: a confirmation from [email protected] within a few hours, with the Zoom link and what to send ahead.
  • After the call: the recording and the written summary, by email from [email protected].

Each consultation may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time are non-refundable; refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee. Full details in the fulfillment policy.

The focus is practical: which pathways appear possible, which require more preparation or documentation, and which are unlikely to be a good use of your time.
