- Must be disclosed by law, provided the Receiving Party gives prompt notice and assists in protecting the information.
Return or Disposal of Confidential Information
Upon conclusion of the consultation services or upon written request, all materials, documents, and copies containing Confidential Information will be promptly returned or securely destroyed by Dr. Santos and his team.
Duration of Confidentiality
The obligations of confidentiality outlined in this policy will survive the termination of consultation services for a period of five (5) years. Trade secrets will remain protected indefinitely, so long as they retain their status as trade secrets.
Remedies for Breach
Any breach or anticipated breach of this confidentiality policy may result in irreparable harm. The Disclosing Party reserves the right to seek injunctive relief and other legal remedies to protect its interests.
