Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dr. Filipe Santos’ coaching services, we value your time and commitment, and we strive to provide high-quality sessions tailored to your needs. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Without Prior Notice

  • If a Candidate fails to notify Dr. Santos or his assistant at least 48 hours before a scheduled meeting, and no valid emergency or reasonable justification is provided, 50% of the session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Rebooking and Refunds

  • Candidates who wish to reschedule after a late cancellation must pay an additional 50% of the session fee or choose to receive a 50% refund of the original fee instead.

Repeated No-Shows

  • If a Candidate fails to attend two scheduled meetings without proper notice or valid justification, the full session fee will be forfeited. Any rescheduling will require a new payment for a full session.

Valid Emergencies or Reasonable Justifications

We understand that unforeseen events can occur. The following situations may be considered valid emergencies or reasonable justifications for late cancellations or no-shows:

  • Personal or immediate family member’s medical emergency.
  • Sudden illness or injury.
  • Death of a family member or close relative.
  • Unforeseen travel delays (e.g., flight cancellations, severe traffic accidents).
  • Unexpected work or legal obligations (e.g., court summons).
  • Any other significant unforeseen event that prevents the Candidate from attending.

Discretion and Documentation

  • The acceptance of any justification or emergency is at the full discretion of Dr. Santos. Additional documentation or evidence may be requested to validate the claim.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for cancellations made with appropriate notice (at least 48 hours in advance) will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
  • If a session is canceled by Dr. Santos or his assistant, the Candidate will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without additional charges.
