Ethics is the section where clinical knowledge alone does not save you. The Canadian framework rewards a very specific style of reasoning, and if you have not been trained to think that way, you will second-guess yourself on questions you should have aced. Per the MCC blueprint, Professional Behaviours account for 25% of physician activities tested on the MCCQE Part I, and Psychosocial Aspects account for 20% of items by dimension of care.
